I ordered a ticket Casablanca-Dubai under reference 85115 and was asked to transfer the money via the bank to be able to receive the ticket. Below details of the bank account where the money was transfered; Recipient name: Go Safely, Ltd.
Recipient address: Cheap Flight Deals, 229 Preston Road, HA9 8PF London, UK
Bank: Barclays Bank PLC
Recipient Bank address: 1 Churchill Place, London, E14 5HP, UK
Recipient Account (IBAN): GB74BARC20271733334554

Unfortunately i was not able to get my eticket neither to be able to get in touch with them on the phon ementionned over the communication. Can you please help to know what's the next steps to pursue my complaint. Best regards, hayat
