I used this website as recommended by the IRS as secured payment website. Their website clearly stated the flat fee for using "debit card" transaction is $2.99. But when I made my payment and got the confirmation, service fee became $308. Their system went ahead and charged my card as a "credit card". When I called them to dispute, instead of apologizing and refund my money, they said it was my bank's fault for processing the card as a "credit card". This is outrageous. They refused to refund my money and said I should have read the agreement. Yes I did, the agreement said "debit card transaction $2.99". I have disputed this with my bank and plan on letting others know about this fraudulent website. I'm also trying to report them to the IRS as well
