Viewed my banking online, noticed unknown charge of 39.95 and my account was blocked due to 'frauds alert' without me being notified. Bad day! Anyway I contacted my bank and worked it out so I was instantly credited, but due to my balance being low my online bill was denied as well. Who is this company??? 5/16/13
