My son Daniel Horovitz on the date indicated above was riding his motorcycle home when he was hit by Kar Tse who made an improper left turn and received a traffic ticket from the police officer. Tar is insured by State Farm. Daniel sustained life threatening injuries and was in a coma for a year. The motorcycle was irepairably damaged.
