My complaint is about the fee, they wont to charge to install a ledger whice is way too high, because i wont buy their ledger, because it cost to much, i order it from a more reasonable company. So they want to charge this high cost to install it in the cemetery where my husband is buried. This is a ripoff, please help to get this resolve or tell me who can help. They would not tell me this, until i refused to buy their ledger. I did not have that much money. We told them we wanted too install a ledger there.
