Ripoff order plants from ad in newark sunday star ledger newspaper in nj sent check which was cashed received nothing after three months

On 2/2/02 I sent a cut out to order lavender plants and check for 14.00 This ad appeared in the Parade section of the newark sunday star ledger a new jersey newpaper. My check was cash in two weeks as of april 18,02 I have received nothing. There is no way to contact this company.
