Ordered my trial on a Sunday 4/21. Tried to cancel on May 5 a Sunday and my 14th day of trial. Customer Service is closed on Sunday. I called on Monday 5/6 and cancelled and no charges had shown on my credit card that morning. Today I checked my credit card statement and there was a charge on May 5 for $99. Called with cancelation number and was informed that I cancelled a day late so no more charges will be made but since I cancelled late there is nothing they can do.
