The problem is easy enough to explain. We called Roark agency on three occasions to try to book a resort they had listed on their hot vacation sheet and every time we were told it was not available. So to be fair, we tried to use them to book a vacation and their accomodations were sub standard. Also the price they quoted was $300.00 over the cost that my wife had researched putting the vacation together herself. They do not get a better deal for the consumer as they claim they will. This is when we realized they were ripping off the consumers they reel in with their bogus claims.
