I placed an order for a boot/shoe kit on 04/20 was charged for it, received a really basic uninformative receipt (it did not have any shipping dates, tracking, or shipping method) via email, and now it's May and still no package. I have been calling their customer service line and every time I reach an outgoing message. I have left messages and sent emails, and all have had no reply or response. I have had to take this issue to Paypal's resolution center. Hopefully I get my money back. I have definitely learned a lesson to always research before buying from a website that is new to me!
