I ordered a bottle of suntan lotion from this company last month and got an email confirming my order. I have never received the item and they have not responded to several of my emails asking why. They have not charged me any money but I'm concerned that they have my credit card information. What can I do? There is no physical address or phone number on their website. I will know better from now on to make sure that I can contact a vendor by other than email.
