I ordered 2 wigs from this online website, one short and one long, both blonde on 2/8. I received on 4/10 2 dark auburn wigs, both exactly alike. Their website claims your satisfaction is guaranteed or money back. I have been trying unsuccessfully since 4/10 to get a return authorization. I have received many emails from them pleading for me to just keep the wigs because it cost them so much money to make them. Huh? It cost me $426 and I don't have what I ordered. I hope you can help me.
