I have lot at Willow Lake Estates, and they hired Principal Management Group North Texas. I think the contract is for a year. Now the people that own land can't sell until these people are payed. Then i get to pay closing costs. They have there own closing for them selves. Willow lake is in Wills Point Tx. They only collect the dues owed for willow lake. But since they were hired by the association they want money to release my own property to me. I do owe dues but the buyer is paying them, I have a contract with her. The taxes have been payed. The land is payed off. I am not the onley one having trouble. I told them this was extortion.
