I ordered 2 coach handbags and 1 purse (wallet) and the order that I received was entire wrong. I contacted coachhandbagspro to obtain the return address and she emailed me to wait. I gave her the correct order, and she says that I ordered different items. She said she retrieved my order, which was not what I ordered, she said her boss no here now please wait. I insisted she give me the return address in English so I could return the items, since it has to be returned within 14 days of receipt. She kept emailing me to wait, never provided the address. Even now... Stated she was out of stock of the correct items. To keep the bags because it's in season now... Claim she will refund me $20.00. I'm so glad you had this site to return this hideous orange bags and purse. Sent bags back today, awaiting refund.
