I too was mislead to believe I was getting a free trial period of one week. I called to cancel 5 days after I received the product & they told me it was too late because trial starts day that you order, not day received. Is this not illegal? If so, it most definitely should be! This company sends a kit along with the trial and doesn't even give you the week to try it before they bill you whether you want it or not! I even offered to return the unopen/unused trial package at my expense if they would refund the 94.31 they billed and they REFUSED & were very rude! Almost like they were laughing at me - they don't care who they hurt. I have NEVER encountered a customer experience like this and this place needs to be shut down & sued for all the damage they have caused innocent people.
