I just wanted to let everyone know who has been ripped off by this company that there is a way you can get your money back if you wrote a check and they cashed it by doing an electronic transaction. I wrote them a check for 43.00 and Capital Choice cashed it a couple of days later by debit detuction. Well I called my bank and filed a no service recieved and that I didn't give authorization for a electronic transaction for that amount and in 10 days I got my 43.00 put back into my checking.
So if anyone had this happen to you. You can get your money back by talking to your bank...
