Capital Choice Cunsumer Credit
Capital Choice Consumer Credit rip-off I want my money back

I sent Capital Choice Consumer Credit a $43.00 dollar Check on 12/17/01 thinking I was going to recieve a credit card.
On 12/31/01 they took $43.00 dollars out of my Checking with the rounting numbers, then on 01/08/02 they cashed my check #1299
for $43.00. So they have collected twice from the same Check.
They do not send a phone number so that you can discuss this problem. I am at a lost on what to do.
