This item was offered as a FREE GIFT when filling out a survey for a reputable company. Following the link, I filled in my info but when they wanted my visa card number for the shipping charge, I decided not to follow up so exited without completeing the form. They Called me from the info on my unfinished form and told me I could TRY IT FOR FREE for 14 days and gave an web address and phone number to call if I wanted to cancel. I confirmed I could TRY it for 14 days. The product never arrived and I recieved an email that the 14 days to TRY the product were up and I was being billed 159.97 PLUS the shipping charges. I have contacted the credit card people to report this fraud/scam and they said the charge had not yet been posted, however when it is posted (they suggested I call them back in 2 days) they will be able to work with me on this. I will also be calling the police scam devision and possiblely go after them with a class action lawsuit if need be. I have called the company as well and discussed the matter with them, and recived this email from them..

I am waiting to hear if they will still try to get the 159.97 PLUS shipping charge put through on my charge card. If so, I will be their worst nightmare!
