There was an ad on craigslist for the Dallas/Fort Worth area for a house with address 607 Brookhaven Dr. Irving, TX 75061. She sent me an email after I responded to the ad. She said she was deaf so I never could talk to her on the phone, it was all done by text messages. I did not have all the money up front so she allowed me to pay it out. Well she promised after I made a payment to send me the keys. Well I made the payment and then she said her lawyer advised her to collect more money and then she would send the lease and keys. Well, again that didn't work... She said she needed the rest of the deposit and first month rent before she could send the keys and lease. I was promised, she even swore on her life she would send the keys. Well supposedly she took the keys and lease to fed ed but put a hold on it because her lawyer advised her that she needed another month's rent. That's why the red flag went up. I have not sent any more money.
