I discovered that £49.99 was taken off my account by a company called Greenleaf Finance. The bank gave me their email address and emailed them only to receive a template "... Our agent will get back to you..." No one ever contacted me. I keep on writing to them but they never reply to my specific problem. The phone number provided on their website prompts you to leave a message. Also on their website they state that if you need to write to them "Please do not send registered, signed for or special delivery post, otherwise this will be rejected. First and second class post is fine." Amazing. I have now contacted Trading Standards and will update on the progress of my complaint once it's being dealt with.
