Mr. McDonald painted our home. We told him we wanted him to use Benjamin Moore paint and to paint the house by hand - not sprayed. He brought with him his 2 sons - 15 and 19 years old. He did not supervise these kids as he was sitting in my kitchen w/cup of coffee and chatting - I asked him do you know what they are doing - he answerd they are OK.
Firstly, he used Sherwin Williams paint and pasted a Benjamin Moore label on the paint container which we saw immediately - his sons sprayed our home and the windows were not covered (new windows). He half painted our home using as little paint as possible. We called him a number of times comlaining about this situation - he finally returned and proceeded to paint some of the house where the neighboors could see as they were witnesses as to what occurred with this painter.
Secondly, our driveway was covered with white paint from his washing his brushes - we also compained about that - afer numerous tel. Calls -he had to come back and seal the same w / black sealer.
He was paid-in-full - he acted like such a sincere person we did not think he would do this to us. We are senior citizens - he must have thought we were feeble and that he could get away this. We are still seeing unpainted areas on our home.
