I was doing my checkbook online with my bank and this company somehow took 19.95 out of my checking account. I called them at 1-888-332-4560 and told them I did not even know who they were. She knew my email info, my name, and my bank information. She told me she would cancel it and refund the money taken out of my account. She also gave me a confirmation number for this refund transaction. What is going on? I am not the only one this is happening to as I have found out online. How can this be fixed? Not only for me but, for others. This is not right and who is doing it?
