I was reviewing my checking account online and noticed amount withderawal of $39.95 on 11/17 today! Description - "FENIXSUPPORT COM 877-573-4681". I called the number and agent said $39.95 was for previous purchase from "lifestyledealsnow.com". I denied making the purchase and he said he could not refund the transaction. I told him to cancel the "subscription" and he gave me the confirmation number (?). I am not able to check my bank statements prior to last month as my bank was bought out by a larger bank. I can't find my back up memory to the old account! I wonder how much I have been taken for? Or is this the first charge? I will report this to my bank and request another card!
