Capital Choice Consumer Credit, Told me I would have a $5000.00 credit line all lies Ripoff

I sent 43.00 dollors to this company for a credit card and the told me i would have a 5000.00 dollors credit but the card send to me is no good for everything just all lies there is no phone number to call to talk to anybody i just would like to have my money back from this rip off company thank you for lister to me
