I sent for trial offer in good faith when reading enclosed info i decided not to use it as it was far too expensive. However due to ill health, Iforgot about it. The company took
pay ments. They have refused to refund me, eventho' items are unused. The person I spoke to at the company was both unhelpful and rude. Ifeel this conduct is unethical.
