In 2010 I contracted with Revolution Home Design Inc. (www.revolutionhomedesign.com) to replace the (builder grade) front entry door of my home at 3303 Brickwood Circle, Midland, NC 28107. After demolishing the old door in its removal, they discovered the ProVia replacement was too tall to fit into the existing brick veneered opening. To complete their installation the installation crew cut away some of the interior header beam to gain enough clearance to install your door.
Your records should indicate that since the installation in 2010; The bottom weather-seal had already been replaced twice by the installer. It is obvious that the cause of the problem has been present since installation and has yet to be corrected. A same weather-seal has failed for the third time and the today the installer has referred my to you.
