After ordering a 'free' sample they then took £84.71 from my card without my permission. I have made several complaints by phone and email but have still not received a refund even though I returned the product by recorded delivery and tracked its progress. The package was received and signed for but still no refund. This is obviously a scam in which the so called 'product testing' is just an excuse to get your card details and steal money from your account.
