I sent gold to BGR in early Feb, like everyone else I heard nothing without constant prompting. Eventually they gave me a low valuation that I declined and I finally decided to report them to the police.
I was about to try and claim for the loss through my insurance, when I heard from BGR offering me slightly more money which I also declined and was told they would send the package back to me. I received the package this weekend.
I just wanted to let people know that they might also be lucky like me.
