I entered into an agreement with them to settle some outstanding payday loans I had. I paid into the plan for approximately 18 months. Like the others, they were very professional at first, but seemed to lose interest over time.in January when I contacted them to see if they had settled with anyone, I was informed that the company had been "forced to change their business model" and that refunds would be coming in 30 - 60 days. I have not heard from them since, and of course, their phone numbers are no longer working.
