Material sent was in form of a CD/DVD unable to open same. Returned all material to address of origin and requested refund. Of several letters (3) unanswered requesting some form of return communication there has been no reply in any form. I believe I have been patient long enough.in my letter to Pwr4home I explained fully why I returned the materials and that as a 83 yr. Old Marine Veteran their caviler attitude was appalling.
