The company did not send all the material the video said they would furnish

I watched the video for "power4home" systems showing how to build your own solar panels and wind turbine. At the end of the video, he said that we would get 3 videos and 3 manuals and IRS form to apply for tax rebate for $49.97 and he would pay shipping for first 100 people that ordered the system. I paid $49.97 pus $7.99 for shipping = $57.96.

I got one video in mail but no manuals or rest of product.

This is clearly fraud.
