Ran ads that he wouldn't pay for to the tune of thousands of dollars. Rip-off!

This guy ran ads for many months, and as an added value, he received an extra page of advertorial. He paid for a while then one day decided that his 2 pages of ads should be free of charge for his writing. Never paid. Was taken to collections. Lied to them too...
