At Davita, I have been not been treated well. The company allows for the technicians and administration to be racist as well as homophobic. If a client complains against the company, the company then decides to punish the client. So no matter what you say valid or unsound, Davita automatically points the finger to the client. The technician or administrator is allowed to continue the harassment, continue the same routine. No changes will or have been made.instead, the clients gets warnings when he/she may have done nothing wrong. Also the clinic refuses not to use Granuflow or Naturallite, this dangerous drug is in full effect at Davita. This company is one of the worst companies in my opinion. Davita has such a large turnover, constant new employees, coming and going. The technicians are incompetent, making accidents apart of a regular daily basis. I would like to see some action of sanction in order to feel safe.
