An unauthorized check transaction #99790 occurred on 4/18, from my bank SSFCU nad also back on 3/7, transaction #99705 for the same amount. Loan4utoday also goes by FastloanFast.com with the same Tel.# (775) 200-1525. I contacted my bank upon discovery on 4/24, and submitted an Affadavit of Claimant Form.
