I called customer service, today Apr. 24th, they are supposed to be 100% committed to customer satisfaction, I felt 150% dissatisfied after speaking with them, they would not cancel the amount pending on my credit card. I will dispute charge when it is posted, the fraud dept of my credit card company is aware.
