I applied for a bad credit loan with this company. I have a contract and they were asking for 14 monthly payments upfront. I sent the payments to their investors via Western Union. After being promised that the loan would be deposited for a week straight; Mr. Peter Redford informed me that the investor had backed out of the deal. He also stated that it would take three weeks to refund me my money. I told him I could not wait three weeks and that the contract did not state that I would have to wait three weeks to get a refund.
