I ordered cindy crawfords meaningful beauty for wrinkles im (55) 10 min. Later i realized that was a waste of money. 55.00 was all i had in bank im on disability. I called back immediately and was told i couldnt as a matter of fact its been 184 hrs. And sill cancel, because i wasn, t in the system! Called my bank for account balance was told 5.50. So within 10 min. They took 49.95 out of my account but yet they told me i wasn, t in the system! In my opinion if i wasn, t in the system then they stole that money by extortion. Without my knowlege. I, ve been calling every day for over a week and they Guthey Renker keep telling me 72 hours. Well 72 hrs. Is way past gone. Its been 184hrs. Since theysaid my money would be back in my accont. I know about a charge back. I will proceed w / that if money not into account today. You have to investigate this company. I got on the bbb site Pissed Off and the complaints about them are so numerous and just like mine! They are extorting money from the little guy.
