I purchased a moneypak card on the morning of Friday April 19. When I attempted to apply my card to my paypal account it stated my card had a 0.00 balance but I had just purchased it. I contacted MoneyPak they claimed my card number had been stolen, then he said the money had been transferred to a different card, but that he could see it hadn't been used yet and claimed he froze the account. Well now they claim there is no way to freeze and see the card in order to see if the money had been spent or not. They acknowledge on friday I was told I would get my money back asap and not to worry. Please help
