Certegy has never provided me with an account statement. For over 30 years we always pay for any purchases upfront in full, and receive very good discounts. The so-called pay-no-interest for 2 years rubbish always has built-in interest and charges, which can be avoided by getting a great price and paying in full upfront. Places like Harvey Norman prey on consumers in this way. Unfortunately we were duped when Zamels Jewellers pushed me into an 'interest-free' scheme with Certegy Ezi-Pay which has hidden charges and built-in interest which would have been avoided if Zamels had acted as I requested to pay upfront with cash. I expect Certegy Ezi=Pay to refund these charges and hidden interest.
