Charged on my credit card £84 for a Free Trial. Tried to cancel on 0844 745 9664 and had to put my telephone no., the automated message said that it did not recognise my number. Spoke to the Bank and they gave me their e-mail address = [email protected] They also told me they are having massive problems with this company. As I have not opened the tablets have sent an e-mail requesting a refund but they have not replied. Cannot get anyone to speak to, tried another number which the Bank gave me 0800 148 8243. Returns only are to: Packing & Despatch to PPF Shipping Ltd., P.O. Box 13511, EH49 7YH, UK (Returns to this address only. This is a complete SCAM. The Bank have blocked any more monies from being taken by this fraudlent company. They catch you by you giving them your credit card no. To pay £3.49 postage, surely by LAW this no. Should be destroyed after. Can you please help me to try to get a refund or to have something printed in the mail to pre-warn other people from being caught like this. This is almost my weeks pension gone. This has caused enormous stress making me very sick indeed.
