I have taken further action. I am writing a letter to USA and the magazine's respective addresses. My girlfriend "subscribed" to Cosmo but instead receive Runner's World. USA customer service is now making us send in our receipt saying we actually did subscribe to Cosmo. After I contacted Cosmo customer service, they gave me their headquarters phone number in New York. I have a feeling this is where we need to be making our progress by getting the actual magazines involved. Cosmo seemed very upset with the situation and sounds like the probability of action being taken is high.
Also, I "subscribed" to Men's Fitness, and I still have not recieved it. The salesman (a fat pudgy kid who looked 16) told me if we buy 2 magazines, we get one free. Therefore I said I'll take Maxim... However customer service at USA does not have this on file.
