Purchased Xbox Live 12 1 Month Subscription Code (UK) (Instant Delivery via email) It was a present for my sons birthday on Sat and when we entered the code it had already been used. Completed a support ticket on the website but not had a reply even though it states 24-7 support. Will be calling Barclays Fraud dept asap to claim money back as they called me just after the transaction went through to ask if I had purchased something so explained what we had done. Alarm bells did not start till we never got a reply back.
