I had accumulated $45 in coupons and sent them in... I asked them if they had received them, and they were cleared and was told yes.
Payment never came in. They insisted that I canceled the account prior to receiving the coupons. Monthly charge was $17 and coupons were $45. Why would I close and Account Early..? Found Them to Be Very Uncooperative...
