I bought advertising for all of Melbourne and palm bay to give away free self inking stamp for new residents that moved in. Welcome Wagon did not produce any cards to the public. Not one person in Melbourne or Palm bay recieved a card or brought 1 into to me since Sept to present. I got 7 cards sent to my store however to prove they made some up.
