I ordered a promotional teeth whitening stick as advertised on a UK website for the advertised cost of £1. This item duely arrived and £0.85 was deducted from my account together with a further £1. Overseas transaction fee. I then noticed an additional payment of £2.64 adding again an overseas transaction fee of £1. This totalled £5.49 for an item priced at £1. All of these transactions took place between 05-08 April. I have since discovered on 17April, the sum of £63.48 has been taken out of my account, without my authority or explanation, by this same company.
My bank is now endevouring to reclaim this money.
