Havel Pankrac claims to be half Czech and half Italian, born in Boise, Idaho. He lived with his father in the Czech Republic until 2005. But, after being told that he would help me with my financial difficulties I relented and used the money set aside to save my home and transferred first $5,000 then 7,700 into two different accounts.By that time everything he told me seemingly checked out until he was ready to fly home (to me). He was instructed to open a transit account so that the award contracting company would not have to pay taxes in England. Havel stated he was not able to pay the workers until he arrived in the US due to his Bank requiring him to be present to make the transfer. He made an agreement with the boss of the workers and went to the London airport. At the airport the Union leader and workers contacted security and accused him of fleeing the country without payment. He uses a lot of affectionate words like: Baby, Darling, I will Love you Forever, Sweetheart, or Yours Forever.
