I was contacted back in March from Ortega Financial that they receieved my info regarding a consolidation loan for 70,000$ and I was approved. Great I thought, a way to get some financial relief for myself and family. So they told me the conditions: Put up a car or house, Make 3 advanced payments or purchase Insurance.
Now what they requested was difficult so i told Ms. Ortega that we could not do buisness, But i would see what i could do. After her (Ms. Ortega) doing some follow up calls, she came at me with a "waiver offer" Pay half now and then pay half once loan is deposited into account. Okay I thought, maybe this is a company that does HONESTLY wish to help. She then said my loan was transfered over to Ms.tiffany Pointer. We had discussions regarding concerns and she assured me that they were NOT a fraudulant company.
Ms. Pointers comments — quot; I sincerely apologise for the delay in responding, I was in a meeting. Let me start by informing you that we here at Ortega are not or have ever been in the business of defrauding clients. The level of fraud is at an all time high right now so we do understand your concerns. However, we have made steps to protect you the client as well as the company, your legally binding Loan Document is one of those steps. The documents outline the terms and conditions of your loan as well as the repayment plan. A letter of gaurantee once requested, can also be noterized and sent to you. Both these documents are legally binding.
My job is to find the best Loan package for you and I have done so. Once you have secured your loan with half of the agreed amount ($886), your funds will be released in good faith that the remainder of said amount will be paid within 24 hours of receipt of your Loan.

I then for some reason did abit of homework and found scambook and seen the other complaints from this so-called legitimate company. I confronted Ms. Pointer, who at this time has not replied to the allegations and attempted to contact Ms. Ortega, but the receptionist stated yesterday on the phone that she was let go earlier in the week. (load of crap) I had discussions with her on the 17th of april. (still have the e-mail).. I have to say right now this is a BS company trying to take advantage of those trying to get things straightened out. They deserve to go to jail and be dealt with there!!
