I ordered a pair of chanel sunglasses which after they charged my debit card they told me were out of stock after a month of back and forth emails they have just told me they will credit my account! In the meantime i had lost my card and had to replace it so i hate to give them any new credit card information because i dont believe they are legit they dont speak english well and have always held that a third party must make the refund I just dont know what to do now can you please help me sincerely catherine
