We were assured our timeshare would be sold within approx. 90 days! It has not yet happened yet we periodically get calls saying they are working with a buyer and are very close to closing on the deal. They assure us we can get our full investment ($56,000) back but that we have to pay closing costs up front... Another scam to get more money from us... When we ask closing costs to be taken off the top, the agent promptly hangs up the phone on us. Our most recent phone call (March) was telling us that we should send in the deed, signed over to them, and that they would mail us our check. When we asked for the sales paperwork to be sent to us so that we could have our attorney review verything, again the phone went dead. We have lost $1798 (being on a retirement fixed income that represents a considerable amount for us). We are about to contact the attorney general of our state of residence to report all the activity since 9! Do not work with this company!!!
