In July I ordered a swimsuit that I did not intend to keep. The error was noticed within seconds and I was told I would not be charged. But I was within seconds. After months of e-mails and phone messages they agreed to give only a credit in which I choose another suit and 2 other items. I was charged again immediately and still to date have not received any merchandise. This has been 9 months and I have pleaded for a response. I fear this company actually does not exist but is merely a huge scam. Do I have any recourse?
