Remo Media is charging $9.99/month through Sprint billing for something called; '63015 Crazy Alerts', for unauthorized services. This seems to occur each month, it's something I am not authorizing, and it appears Remo Media is extorting money from Sprint customers through malicious software and criminal intent. Recommend investigating and filing criminal charges against this company.
